My vote goes to Morpheus: not only did they get kicked of the fasttrack network for not paying there bills: the also `stole´ gnueclus and Jtella: and besides installing several kinds of ad and spyware to also instal stealware: there now stealling the provission from honest internet companies!!!!!!

There even whorse then those idiots of the RIAA and Buma Stemra (the dutch RIAA)!!!!!!!

how can you "steal" free code? Granted they broke the gpl or really made some other really dumb decisions its not really stealing..

IMHO if you dont want to get ripped off and cloned to death then dont open source a project.

Well they did brake the Jtella gpl: just look at this artikel: www.zeropaid.com/news/articles/auto/08272002b

And that the gpl allows anyone to use the program to make new and better programs: does that also mean that its ok to just leech of others work without making any improvements?

The gpl cant force them to make improvements.. Its a good example on how the GPL and open source isnt always that great and does come with a few bad parts like this.

Thats a good reasson to make morpheus write its own program by not useing morpheus anymore: just the original programs and those clones which made improvements on the original progams!!!!
