I just did a virus scan of my computer and found a virus called "New P2P worm" in the file Kazaacheater.exe.

I never received that message and I used that stupid tool (once, before I learned the registry trick) with McAfee.

It says that KazaaCheater.exe is a variant of a P2P
worm....

WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND? IT IS NOT A VIRUS. That is the virus scanner not understanding what the kazaacheater.exe is. Get it through your thick skull.
(Update Note: I am kidding, read my response with a grain of salt as I was just kidding, no harm was ment)

:mellow This is a common problem, dont dump any files or panic. Do a online virus scan and check results. there are many free ones. And like you were told your virus scanner is confused.
