I downloaded it with Kaza lite....some possibly pertinant info...I had an old version of AutoCad on my hard drive and this loaded as an upgrade....maybe I should get rid of it all and get a different download?

here's my suggestion:
yes, go ahead and get rid of the old one, and tell me the exact file name of the file you downloaded...there are two "versions" one of them is completely cracked, and the other needs an additional file also available on kazaa...just let me know the file name and file size AS REPORTED in the kazaa "my shared files"

When I do a search of my computer for autocad 2002 I get 5 results: Three that are listed as: AutoCAD 2002 (2) of these if clicked on, will bring up a message that the license is expired. Then there are two that are listed as Autodesk AutoCAD 2002 Full (one of the ladder is a Zip File)

hmmm....i get a lot more results than that.......i drew a picture to show which one's i'd get.
i'd get the highlited one first, and if it mentions anything about expiration after installing it and running it...get the expiration fix above the highlited one...if that doesn't work, i'd get the autocad 2002 (fully cracked) 2 up from the highlited one.
if you have any questions, or if you cant find them, i can start the download for you and send you the dat files so you can finish the downloads.

I'm uninstalling everything that says "AutoCAD", and I will start over. I can't use the old one on my HD anyway, it isn't very compatable with what I use in school.
Thanks for your help, I saved you as a buddy, so I might be in contact with you again.

When it says "Full" Does it mean fully cracked, and should I trust the comments like "No s--t! This really works!" I guess what I'm asking is how do you determine which one to Download?

full does not necessarily mean fully cracked, and i usually don't pay attention to comments, i just get the most widely available one.
