Just an update. Winamp 5.1 (http://www.winamp.com) was released on 9/1. Includes these updates:

wow, that does sound awsom. I can't figure out how the premix thing works, all it shows is similar tracks in the browser, kind of not what it says it does.

I like this new version, I use winamp most of my time on the pc, Chronix Agression owns..lol

I'm waiting for Creative X-Fi sound card for both music & games. Even on my cheap 2.1 system, the virtual 5.1 surround sound demo was amazing!
