Best Bt client for my laptop, specs included

So i'm running a laptop with a intel pentium 3 chip at 440mhz with 384 ram. What's the best bt client I can use and wont lag my pc, ie: azureus definitely wont work?

I would say ABC it never oes about 5 mb usage on never over 10% CPU on my system
