On my PC i have a film in Xvid, it plays perfectly well, i used WINAVI to encode it to DVD, playing the DVD the lip sinc is well out, i used VSO DivXtoDVD aswell the sinc is still out, how do i fix this.

I think that file may use VBR for audio & could cause it not to sync with video when you trying to convert to other format. Try AVI Audio Decompress to decompress audio to CBR, then convert it to DVD.
