ATRAC question

good day everyone,

I'm forced to use an ATRAC file system for my mini-disc...Sony's Sonic Stage. Not a great program.

My question is....does anyone know of ANY other programs out there that wil transfer .WAV and MP3 files to ATRAC?

ATRAC (was) sony's proprietary system of music compression. MP3 vs ATRAC, MP3 won. Try Adobe Audition, Sony Vegas might have MP3->ATRAC. I think some ATRAC/MP3 CD players have conversion software, but not 100% positive.

I could be wrong, but you can download a universal codec for your system. And then use any program that utilizes the codecs on your system to encode/decode the atrac files. Search for atrac codecs on google and go from there. Dont know if this has any relevance to what youre looking for.
