Hello. I cant figure out a .rar file. I can extrract them and make them but I was compressing a Shaun Of The Dead dvd and it started at 4.40GB qnd when I made it to a rar it was only 4.02GB is there a way to compress it more?? Also, is there a FREE winrar application. I am tired of the demo versions because then they expire. Maybe some one good with um passwords can send me a private mesaage anyway thanks. Anygood websites to find audio bootleggs??

Winrar is very simple to understand. Look at the attachment I have posted. When you select the file or files you want to compress, open the drop down menu "compression method" and select best. Also you can split into multiple archives by opening the "split to volumes, bytes" section. Hope this helps you.

um compressing video in my experience is prettypointless unless u want to conceal what it is (in a basic way)
enzip is a free zipping utility although i havent used it in years
and bittorent sites and usenet are always good for bootlegs.
Greg
P.S. dont ask for passwords, cracks or keygens and suchlike.

You could use 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org) instead of WinRAR if you want a free program (legally, of course).
