hi just wonderd.. how much space a movie file will take up.... and what of the programme that makes it possible...im not shure my laptop will deal with the space issue,, its got 14.9gb left !!! and no lauging i am but a virgin :icon_flow

A DVD will take up ~4.7GB, a compressed .avi format usually no more than 1.4GB.

If you want to rip a raw dvd to your hard drive, you can use DVDDecrypter. If you want to play them off the hard drive, any software should do it but I know that Sonic Cineplayer does fine.

BIT Torrent, newsgroups.. You do want this movie within a lifetime right?? One of those will do.
