Kazaalite crash...

I've been having these constant crashes when using kazaalite but last night it crashed shortly after I'd started it and it dragged down the OS (WIN98se) with it, so I rebooted, I then ran scandisk and it found lost file fragments, I ended up with a 5mb *.chk file, its contents didn't have nothing 'readable' except for some random 'kazaa' strings so I just deleted it, but I'm totaly paranaid so I'd like to now if by any chance this is some critical kazaalite file or even one of my shared files that might have gotten lost....:cross

Hopefully it was only that, tnx stoner...
It crashes a lot with the infamous blue screen of death accusing the file - - -.vxd, and that particular file doesn't even exist on my HD, I'm not acting as a supernode, Did a full scan with ad-aware, no spyware, full scan with Norton AV, no virus, I'm Running IE6 on a 1.6ghz p4 512mb, it's as fine tuned as it can be (OK, I know Win98 is not the best of the OSes), so I really don't get it. I usually go to bed and let it finnish the downloads at night and it's frustratring to wake up in the morning just to find out a rebooted system or the BSOD....

Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling?
