Is there a P2P that resembles an FTP client. What I mean is that you would search for a file, and then be able to view the IP's shared file directory like an FTP client would display them, subdirs, dir tree and all.
After finding a file, I'd personally like to view all the files at that IP and browse around like that IP had an FTP site.

3 apps come to mind:
1) DirectConnect - you can browse user's files, organized into directories
2) Hotline in conjuction with tracker-tracker.com - search for the file on Track-Trackers search engine than log into and browse the server
3) IRC - fserves allow you to browse a user's files with a directory structure

You could log in to OpenNap servers with an FTP client.

What's the config info if I want to use WS_FTP LE to log into OpenNap?

Not sure if it matches your request 100% (cannot see directory strucutre, only a linear list of files), but you could try Spartacus

It may not matter anymore as my workplace is now scanning the P2P ports. Oh well.

Hotline can be set to run over any port up to 9999.

So I could disguise Hotline's existence by having run on the HTTP port :80? We're allowed to have webserver, just not P2Ps.

Actually, I believe that Hotline transfers files on one port above the port on which you connect. So basically, if you want the data to be going over port 80, set it up to run over port 79. The port is set on the server side though, so you cant decide what port you want to use when you're downloading from other servers.
