The first link didn't work... but the first toilet in a video game that came to mind is the one in Goldeneye for the N64.

there were the toilets in final fantasy 3 in the imperial castle. i rmember laughing my ass off when i found i could use them.

i also remember realizing what all the buckets in the jail cells were for in morrowind after i collected them to sell them.

There are toilets in Max Payne. I remember one scene where you come in a room and hear a guy whistleing and then a flush and when he comes out you kill him.

I loved running around on Metal Gear solid (ps1), after you had the stealth suit. There was the part where you are trying to track down Meryl, and another guard goes in to use the urinal. With the stealth suit, you could put c4 on his back, and blow his ass up while he was pissing.

ut2k3/4 had a toilet car you could ride around in. It was kind of silly, though. You had to put in a special code and you'd get one of these cars.
