"If you believe in love at first sight, you never stop looking."

Who has seen it and what did you think?

I rented it last night, and actually stayed awake throughout the entire thing (this is shocking, because it's rare that I ever stay awake during a movie). It was an odd movie, I thought, but I felt it was interesting because it showed how people can really be. Refreshing because it wasn't super mushy and disguistingly unrealistic. That prince charming shit should go to hell, IMHO. It gives a false impression of the way relationships and human beings work, which only makes people feel badly about themselves when their own lives don't pan out like the movies. Okay, that's a bit extreme, but you get the idea (I hope).

I thought it was pretty good.

Clive Owen's performance was overated. Jude Law and Julia Roberts were good but not convincing as a couple. Natalie Portman was suprisingly the best of the lot.

Do you suffer from narcolepsy or something potato?

No narcolepsy here. I just don't get enough sleep, ever. School and work are tiring. :(

It was good but no one goes through all that crap or does all that crap.. I mean, what was her purpose to go to Europe and why she go back to New York with a smile on her face?

I saw it the day it came out, my girlfriend loved the whole cast. I liked it, I was surprised to see Natalie Portman as a stripper... I don't remember it all too well, but it was interesting.

A good movie though, that I liked A LOT, is Crash. With Don Cheadle, Sandra Bullock, Matt Dillon, the GORGEOUS Thandie Newton, a small role by the annoying Branden Fraser, and a surprisingly awesome performance by Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges.

Crash kind of pissed me off because I felt like it was trying to shove the issue of racism in your face, as if the audience is completely moronic and unaware of how their actions may affect others.

But racism is a touchy issue with me, so maybe that's it.

I'm still torn about Crash.

True romance went to hell along time ago. To me, its still a nice idea but everyone I meet is in a relationship and justs wants a man on the side. That aint me.

I saw it when it came out in the theaters. First off it is the worst first date movie ever made in the history of mankind! Sometimes movies can be a bit too pessimistic when they are trying to give an honest portrayal of human relationships. It was rather honest and certainly no-holds barred, but I didn't really connect with the characters at all. I found them to be overly selfish, morally flawed, and severly lacking in compassion for others viewpoints and condition. They certainly weren't the type of people I would have anything to do with in real life. But then again, I'm still with the girl I took, so I guess it can't be the worst of all time...but it's close.

Okay, so I was going through a lot of crap when I saw it, and was very bitter towards people in general.

Especially guys.

And although I'm doing better now, I'm still bitter with guys (a different guy caused it this time).

I'm a bad one tater, that's why a manimal control officer (woman) put a control device on my left ring finger. It electrocutes me if I try to leave the yard. It also has my name, address, and the phone number of my owner. I guess I'm no longer considered a dangerous manimal.
