it was a 9800 pro and had a great life from the skies of IL2 sturmovike Forgotten Battles to the Jungles of Battle Field Vietnam to the Detailing graphics of Half Life 2 and Counter Strike Source

BUt the time has come and since i dont have PCIe what should i get i was looking at the trade up program from ATI seems goot to get a X800 XL 265mb but should i wait to see what ATI whips out to slap Nvidia back in the dust?

I wouldn't wait - this is the last of the AGP cards. ATI and nVidia have already said that anything new coming from them is going to be PCI Express

On gizmodo about a month ago, they featured a card that had an AGP interface on one side, and a PCI-E on the other. It was a 6600GT I believe. Anyway, that might be somthing you'd want to look into if future mobo upgrades are a consideration at all.
