Tom cruise is definitely acting weird comapred to the socially accepted norm of this particular century. Of course, who knows, in the year 3000 someone like him could be considered mellow. We can also stop judging people and there would be no chance of tasting feet would there?

I have been on about every anti-depressent searching for unknown problems I grew up with my whole life. I have been told by many different psychiatrists and psychologists that I have bi-polar, or mood disorder, or this and that. They all wanted me on pills. There was nothing but problems with them . But they all said that it was either that or long term therapy. I had bought the Dianetics book. It took alot to get through it because it was so unexciting to me. But it sparked a whole new outlook on 'well-being'. So I got into studying Life-Skills and psychology on my own. Now thanks to 'myself' I am living with no medications and don't need any help. Secret ingredients? Maybe.

I have some simple rules for myself. Eat right. If i screw up then try again. Exercise when I can. Get plenty of good stuff, not junk food. Avoid negative people like the plague if you can. Since that's not practical all the time you have to try and force the idea that some people are assholes and learn to turn the other cheek. Knock the chip off and keep it off. Learn the basics of psychology. It IS IMPORTANT. If you do not understand your emotional and physical feelings that happen under hard times you will ALWAYS assume the worst. Just understanding makes a big difference and you dont need a doctor for that. These are really just coping skills that are not taught in school. It's no wonder so many people are have breakdowns. Stop trying to look great and proving something. How can we be ourselves when we look like soap stars all the time? Having on a dirty or uncool shirt can really test a friendship. Why not?

PILLS ARE NOT THE ANSWER. THEY JUNK YOUR MIND.( there are some exceptions)

I am truly amazed at how irresponsible doctors are. They open their books and take the info as fact and feed us the junk. Band-aid on a big wound. It's temporary and when the infection gets bigger you die. This is prozac, etc in action.

Respect your body. Everyone has some kind of problems with anti-depressents. Side effects. The body doesn't want these things in there so it reacts. They tell you the effects will go away. This is because the doctors are tricking the body into accepting the pills anyway. So in simpler words, make the body say yes instead of no so your body can suffer for it. You only THINK your getting better but you are only getting worse, you just don't feel it. That is not respecting the body. GOD made it pretty simple as to what is good for us. If you keep a pieceful, simple life without too much materialism and, again, respect the mind and body you will live a better life, no matter how crazy you think you are. GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES. This means your freewill should be used to take care of yourself HIS way. No Doctor Frankenstein's way. Eat natural food. Stay away from processed, ITS EVIL!

The problem with Americans and others is that they want it all done for them. Fast food, faster cars, easier methods, quick fixes. There is so much temptation in this world that people are destroying their lives on their own and letting doctors fool them even more. Doctors don't acknowledge GOD. They only care about science. Science is a failure. One man sees something science has done and thinks that it's a miracle. But he doesn't know that science had to kill many animals to get there, or science had to use alot of dirty money to make it happen. Science is a failure. It destroys in order to invent. GOD's way works for everyone. It's whether or not we choose to agree and believe. GOD's way requires work though. No fast food to make us fat and depressed. No fast cars to get us stressed out in a hurry waiting to die from the sensless crash. No more passing up the homeless guy because we have plans for that $20 bill in our wallet. Give it to him. That feeling is pricless compared to that $20 piece of junk you were gonna buy.

Scientology is good. BUT, it's still has one big flaw.
