Suse, Redhat and Mandrake all run fine with a linksys router. Although I havn't tried the wireless router with linux as I feel true wireless security is not possible and of course the brain cancer issue is a little worrysome. I have had no problems with ethernet.

Any GNU/Linux distribution should have no trouble over ethernet.

Sorry, I misunderstood the question I guess... I thought you were asking what distro to run ON the router itself... my bad.

On a side note, Linksys routers actually run on Linux already - you can dl the source to it at http://www.linksys.com/support/gpl.asp .
But, if you're talking on your desktop PC itself, then yeah, any distro will work fine.
