Hi i think its the router causing the problem for you. Its not giving you any credit for the uploads. Go here http://www.zeropaid.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=17671

First with 128Kbps upload available you need your upload speed limited to 5KB/s or 6KB/s to allow some upload for acknowledging the data being sent to you.

Second is the azeureus health indicator green? If it stays at yellow after twenty minutes on torrents with a few other peers downloading you need to configure port forwarding.

See the azeureus FAQ
http://azureus.sourceforge.net/faq.php#21

Open a command prompt, type ipconfig. If your computeronly has one ip address in the range 192.168.x.x 10.x.x.x or 172.16-31.x.x then it is behind a connection sharing system. You have to find the NAT router and configure port forwarding. You computer can have more than one ip address if it is on a LAN and has an internet connection not via the LAN.

A router may cause a problem by preventing incoming connection. A router does not prevent a tracker or other clients keeping count of how much you have uploaded.

As I pointed out two years ago what Mailicous intent wrote at the start of that thread is partly wrong.

maybe use the traffic encryption in azureus, possibly isp using BW shaping?
