Hi,
Ive read the guide on slow bit torrent speeds, but heres a diagnosis of the problems.

Using a Netgear RP614 V2 router. NTL cable.

When plugged into router, all torrents have yelow face, not green.
When plugged solely into the modem itself, torrents have green face, but download speeds are always pretty poor either way.

When checking the port in azeureus it reports a NAT error when im plugged into the router. When doing same plugged only into modem, doesnt report it, but speeds are still crap.

I disabled UpNP whilst into router. Im trying to forward the ports 6889? but when i type in the 'default' IP of 192.168.0.2 into my browser, says connection refused., same thing when i try the 'main' pc on the network (the one which upon originally setting it up was first used).

So, any ideas? also, if i ever do manage to get to the netgear configuration page what is the Server IP of the ports to be forwarded to, is that the IP of my machine, if so how do i find it? going to control panel> network connections only displays that default IP...

Cheers for the help.

On the router re enable UPNP and on Azureus/Tools/Options/Pluginns enable UPNP and do the Nat test it should be OK now.
