Right settings?

I took a speed test the results were as followed.

My current settings are 356 Kb/s download and 35 Kb/s upload. Does this sound right?

EDIT : I'm using comcast cable. Advestise 4Mbps down, 384 up.

sounds about right, but i wouldn't "limit" download speed ;)
