If you have broadband and you have tried everything in Malicious Intent's guide, it could be that you didn't forward the ports on your broadband modem. Open your broadband modem's setup page. I have a Zoom DSL modem and it's under the tab called "Virtual Server". Forward the port that you want to forward and then write the settings to the flash in the modem and reboot it. That's all.
