if your refering to the demo, yes i have it. so do MANY others. you can download it legally. as for the full game, its not out yet. any version of it you get right now, will be either alpha or beta. do yourself a favor and dont get it. youll be much more pleased with the final. go get the demo... the full game SHOULD be out soon.

yuppers i heard release date is the 1st so its not a major pre-release,

but it should be the final, full version of the game

I got the Dev version today of the newsgroups, 3 cd's installs to a 2.3 gig install (god damn) I been playing it for HOURS now, it's friggin awesome. You need a cd key to install it, BUT it seems once it's installed that's it.
