whats happening. Lately i have been gettin alot of 99% downloads then it stops and recconnects at 95%. this is really beginning to p#*@ me off. I don't know how many downloads i have had to cancel. Even happens if i find another source for same song. Anyone else havin this prob.....or any ideas?

hmm upgrade your client if not use limewire
limewire has tons of mp3s

same problem for me...ARES light to me hasn't worked worth squat lately for some strange reason!

I use Ares 1.81. It won't even connect any more. But I agree, Limewire is pretty good.

exactly......downloads hang at 99%.............I've been using KCeasy lately.
Don't get me wrong....I'll go back to Ares when it is fixed....I like it.

Do not use the light version, as it appears it has crap in it you cant opt out of, unless they have corrected this in newer releases. Also if it hangs at 99% ypu probably have a corrupted download. Cancel it, and retry it from a couple of different sources.

Also the version # doesnt mean squat, any time you have problems connection, always check, and download the latest version from their site.
