what program should i use?

i used to use shareaza and was very happy with it, but then they came out with shareaza 2.1 and i couldnt install it becuase my mom doesnt lik me downloading things on the computer and u have to be the main account on my computer to install it. now my shareaza isnt working anymore...... whats a good free program for file sharing that you dont have to be the main account to install? HELP??

Im guessing you mean your not the computer admin. Well in that case you can't install anything without your mom's permission! Ain't that a kick in the head! Sorry, just be cheeky and wait until she leaves the computer idle but still logged on and then quickly install it but delete the shortcuts!

I think eMule doesn't require you to install it on your PC. Try eMule, use the Binaries (zipped) version instead of Installer version!

i tried all the eMules.....but it will never connect and everytime i try to add servers i get off the internet it wont add them or it will say "page can not be displayed"

"Page Can Not Be Displayed"? Sounds like you are restricted on your Internet usage! Did you tried using random port setting? Are you behind a router or on wireless network that are been firewalled?

my mom is using a wireless router for her computer upstairs....which is why i dont know why she cares so much about this one.... i dont have any internet restrictions because i can get to any site i want....i installed shareaza 2.0 fine and it worked fine but i dont know and my win mx works fine but its sucks....not many results....maybe ill just beg my mom to let me install shareaza 2.1.....thanks for the help though
