what I am asking here is that are the ip adresses of the clients connected to the blubster network encrypted or can they be traced just as easily as someone sharing on kazaa???:fire :fire

No. You IP adress is critical in order for anything on the internet to work.. There is no easy way to hide your ip adress or to hide online. The internet was not made for people to hide on it and so the best way and only 100% working way not to be seen online is to not be connected at all.
