unable to create disc structure

while burning a movie file with nero 6, i get this message unable to create disc structure. it was going fine until i got this message. what can i do?

Did you burn it as a data CD? How big is the file?

dvd video, i use nero vision express

Nero requires good amount of disk space for menus, buttons & such that you may need to use a different program like TMPGEnc DVD Author or lower the video quality to fit!

i find DVDShrink great for getting DVD's to fit..
&fairly easy to use..
TMPGEnc is pretty advanced..but maybe the better tool

Be more specific, give step by step of what youre doing

Are you trying to burn this to an iso first? Have you?

How much free disk space do you have?

What media?

After 10 long months, I feel that we are gettin closer to this solution, and work night and day to resolve it. We hope the answer will be forthcoming by the next calander year . . . .

More likely it was a TS folder and there may been missing file IFO or BUP in it.

When I got this message, I went to the Device Manager, and disabled the DVD-burner. After I had rebooted, and the burner was recognized, I updated the driver from the website (but not with the most recent driver - the second-to-last version). After that I have had no problems whatsoever.
