oh yeah there's a team of spokespeople i want to listen to
britney--can't sing, former member of mickey mouse club
Missy "misdemeanor" eliot--a big fat idiot who can neither sing nor dance, and wears trash bags in "high tech" videos
nelly who?
with the exception of nelly (who i never heard of, but he probably is too) the other ones are crap stars put up by labels as "artists"--which they are not--they are puppets held by contractual strings, and really the only ones that need to worry about the record indistry going broke

It is inspiring to see that the RIAA will combat people claiming that they push talentless puff stars, by getting those exact same talentless puff stars to talk to the masses.
Seriously, is Spears supposed to cause us to feel great shame? Most of us look at her and try to decide if they enlarged both to an equal degree. Think of the money she could have on e-bay if she parted with those puppies.

"Too many people don't realise that when you download a song you like from a peer-to-peer network or some other unauthorised internet service, you're stealing music," [Hilary Rosen of the Recording Industry Association Of America (RIAA)] said.
i've said it before and i'll say it again, the RIAA and the companies they support steal more from artists than file sharing could ever hope to steal
they are just pissed because they see that there maybe, just maybe, a way for people to stop the RIAA (and recording companies) getting the money they do not deserve from artists, brittney, nelly, and missy elliot (who i like BTW) are under the influence of thier record companies, rather than do the research themselves, the record companies blow smoke up thier ass and so understandably they speak out....
this ad campaign won't do shit 'cept add mor fuel to the fire
