I have noticed that there are alot if torrents that never seem to speed up no matter how seeds and peers and distributed copied there are. It seems thats a problem with the tracker os it caused the tracker being overloaded or is the tracker misconfigured . Is there any tricks like changeing ports?

Well, youre warm
E: all of the above
On a similiar note, of you use a router, and you do not have the LISTENING port open, then you will get poor performance across the board.
Pick a port . . say 16860, set that as the listening port in your BT Client and make sure it is forwarded in the router, and not blocked by Windows Firewall.

If sites that require you to leech rather then seed, will have most users limiting upload speed and clog the network, some people have 4-5 torrents going so their speeds are gonna go slower for certain torrents.
