Bit Tornado speeds

Hello, I have been using BitTornado for some time now and having followed all the guides, I have regulalry obtained green when downloading until recently when everything has suddenly gone yellow. I have checked the ports/router etc (using different ports to experiment) but to no avail. Have there been any restrictions recently using this client or any other reasons anyone can think of why speeds have decreased all of a sudden?

(There have been no changes to the PC set up apart from installing an extrernal hard drive but I wouldnt have thought this would have affected anything)
