That would have to be an BitTorrent client. I use BitComet and I use TorrentSpy to find the torrents. http://www.torrentspy.com

Definately torrent spy, you can download the entire series of programs, one I have seen recently was every, yes every episode of a well known show that ended recently, monica.. chandler...!
