yes. ii dubscribed to listen.com music service. i pay them 10 dollars a month for unlimited music or something i don't really care. i will use it to find cool new music. when i find somehting i like i will instantly download it from kazaa!!!
but there is far better reason. i ain't downloading much music but i wantt o tell the artist tnx for his nice music so my tnx is subscribing to a music service. that way, i will use it once to hear the music so the artis get credit or something and then i download the song!! i feel good now!!

I wonder if the RIAA would consider downloading copyrighted songs off of Kazaa legal even if you've subscribed to their services...

On second thought... Rhapsody doesn't use mp3s, does it? We all know the reasons they don't :mellow but this would mean that the RIAA still would get mad at you for getting songs from kazaa.

Not yet. We hope to add the ability to play local digital audio files (MP3, WMA, etc.) in our upcoming release.
Well, at least they are adding mp3 format. Though I doubt they will allow you to save the files unprotected to your hard disk and burn them. Now, I would subscribe to Rhapsody if I was allowed to download unprotected mp3s... otherwise, forget it.

hey gargar if your so concerened with the "artists" getting fair pay for theyre hard work and creativity why not just download your music off winmx and send the band a dollar if u listen to the music alot. that way the "artist" gets more money than the 0.001% they get from your subscription, and we dont encourage the kind of industry led bullshit your subscribing too.

my post got 3 pages long! anyway, me (gargar ) can't find address os artists so i gargar can't send money to them. also, postages and stuff will take more money from gargar's wallet so it will be kinda stupid!! LOL!!! i think i will stay with listen com for now, they are nice to gargar so nothing wrong.
