According to the rules, you should be permanently banned.
Now lets see if these "rules" are followed.
9) Don't put the word "banned" in your avatar settings ,if you do, you will be temp banned on the 1st offence, and permanently banned on 2nd offence!

But she isnt breaking any rules..As you can see it says Banned! (!)
