Unable to connect to any networks

This has happened to me before, but I can't remember how I fixed it last time. The problem starts when I can't connect to the principle network, then over the following few weeks the other networks fail as well. When this happened last time I just clicked on the Quick Help link in Home and it sorted me through my problem, but this time, using Mozilla Firefox, I cannot get, or find, the link. All I can remember doing last time is firstly I had to change my skin in order to go through the process of fixing my problem. I've tried switching my skins and fiddling around with the program, but I can't seem to fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Can you be more specific? "link in Home" Does this refer to your Homepage? Comcast connection? "Principal Network"? Do you mean internet?

Can you surf the web with Internet Explorer? Yes\No?

Have you rebooted? Reset your modem? Do you require a proxy? Have you called your ISP?

Be very specific and try to better explain what you do, can, and can not do.
