empty browse directories

Hi, been sharing for a couple of weeks now and i have noticed that a few users who are uploading from me have empty directories when i browse them. I have tried sending messages asking what they have to share but generally the message does not go because of their privacy settings.

Am i doing something wrong or are these the sort of users that should be cancelled in order to try and motivate them to share at least something. I do not believe they have nothing at all to share!

sorry, WinMx 3.3, secondary connection. I occasionally browse users that are uploading (in the transfers window) with the view that if they like my stuff they may have stuff i like.

well, you can go on several popualr opennap servers, there's a chance they might be on there as well. If you see them on browse them. Its okay if the server limits searches, you only need to see as much as the server lets you. the limits aren't bad, you only see about as much as 1000-500 files. (the server will send you a message with detalis upon browse) Thats just about enough to justify sharing, isn't it?
