Help please!!!

I am not very good with comptuers, so please keep respones and help in simple terms, thanks :)!!!

I am sorry if this is in the wrong forum!!!

Every time I try and download a file, regardless of the amount of hosts I have (150, or 20), the download never begins!!! It just goes through the hosts, and never connects to one of them!!! I checked the file extensions on one of my larger downloads, and every single one it tried to connect with said Attempted Timed Out..Thats 162 diffrent ones

Whats the problem, can anyone help? Thank you so much!
