Anyone know how to setup a WGU624 Router as an access point that will forward the DHCP from my server through the 'router'/access point to the client computers?

Can you give us a basic idea of your network setup? Is the internet coming in through your router, or through the server?

Yep here goes. http://www.simplifiedsoftware.org/sbs_setup_diagram.jpg
Note since having made this image I have talked to a few people and they say that my WINS & DNS should be the same. So now they are both 192.168.1.1

Is the SBS2k3 server connected to the wireless router's WAN port? or a LAN port?
Should be LAN...you'll need to set the router's IP to something that is different from the SBS server for that to happen. After that, the SBS's DHCP should take over completely, and the wireless router will act only as an access point.

You are a freakin genius! I have read about one million 'how-tos' and not one damned one said anything about using the LAN port on the router!
If any one ever doubts your status as genius...tell them how to get a hold of me. I will attest to it.
