I'm looking to join a small dc++ like one of the topics here states, but a working one. I can help you start up your hub by sharing files and hanging around. What is a good small hub to join?

all on zp are closed to the public cuz there are no hubs on here

The best way to do this is to spend a lot of time in the public hubs. When you are known and trusted, you might get invited to join a private hub.
