I need Help with Azureus!!plz

Hey im having some serious problems with azureus im pretty sure i have everything set up correctly with ports and what not. But when im downloading i can get a some files to be green, but others will be red, and they have like 300 seeds and stuff. My friend started downloading those files and they went extremely fast for him. DOes anyone know what hte problem is and can anyone help me.?

Are you trying to download torrents from a site that requires you to register? Does it only happen with torrents from specific trackers? If so look into the site rules for the various sites that you are having difficulties with.

Also, could always be your ISP blocking the downloads, or could even be a problem with Azureus. If you're in Windows, make sure you have the TCP/IP limit lifted (www.lvllord.de), and are running the latest Java VM (free at http://java.sun.com). If you're still stuck, it could always just be that no one is seeding the file. If the site you're going through has an IRC channel, you can always ask on there for someone to seed (this would only really apply with release groups that run their own web sites, so you're probably not going to find this for really big name movies, etc.)
