globix - spyware?

i recently downloaded a new version of kazaa litre resurrection. I went to the snarf - it torrent site. I began getting hits on peerguardian "globix corp suspicious connections" and "budsinc.com". I have been getting this now every time I turn on Kazaa lite Resurrection. Am I being scanned or is Kazaa lite network have a problem?
