I Know Somebody Will Be able to ID This Track

My girl rented a Snowboarding DVD by an now defunct company that had this track on it. Since then she has had me looking for it on P2P for weeks and I even got the beat stuck in my head now!. I think it could be a remix of some Ian Van Dahl or maybe ATB but I really need a little expert help. I threw a clip of it on my site so I could let people hear it, maybe someone will know?
