What's with Edskes corrupted file downloads?

Used to pick up all my KaZaA downloads here: http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/klitekpp243e.exe

BUT, lately these are all corrupted or won't run, ie can't connect, search or traffic. Is that just the way it is these days, ya gotta buy everything?
