Old Question

I know this has been asked a thousand times, but I can't find what I need on an old thread.
I am looking for a simple drag and drop avi to mpeg program that does that have a lot of extras with it.

My system is a Dell Dimension 4500 with Windows Xp Pro. and I run WMP for audio and video files.

Oh, also what is up with the site, it's slow as hell, you would think I was using dial-up.

It's slow because of the slashdot post I imagine.

I think Virtualdub (http://www.virtualdub.org/) does what you are looking for.

Dub will not let you save as mpg, only avi. Maybe try http://www.tmpgenc.net/e_main.html
