Hi,

i am getting an i-pod, i don't as yet have a computer which is compatible with it, so i have to use my one at work.

But somebody told me if i register it to my computer at work, if i get a new one later i will be unable to link it to that, is this true?

Basically i need to know if i can use my i-pod on a computer at work and a computer at home without any problems

Thaks

yes u can...the only problem u might have is with the music if it has DRM on it.
I move a lot of files and music between my work and home computers via the iPod pretty much every day. It shows up in explorer(if u have windows) as a removable hard drive. OSX is the same as well, i believe.
