Which file system are you using FAT or NTFS? Do you have plenty of hard disk space? Does *.part file(s) size shows the correct size? Did eMule shows any error messages when it start?

If I recall right the last time this happened to you, you actually ran out of disc space or something. Maybe you should check that again

download that its a ed2k client then use it to import the .part files into it.

1. Are you using Windows XP? FAT is not a good file system, NTFS is better.
2. Have you run ScanDisk & Defrag utilities to maintain your hard drive often?

I've been using eMule for a long time now, except for power failures few times that occured I have not lost or corrupted files often! Perhaps your db files got corrupted, run ScanDisk to see your hard disk is still okay or not?
