As of yet I cant find very much out about this, and most of the info that is available is not in English. That said this may provide some insight into this.

That doesn't sound right. Try an online virus scan. http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp

msnsrv32.exe sounds like msn messenger on xp. go a head and kill it, it's spyware with microsofts name on it.

msmsgs.exe is Windows Messenger
msnmsgr.exe is MSN Messenger
That program is not Microsoft's.

As I suspected, and I think I would kill it, and reboot.

Possibly that messenger service where people where using it to send you adds about spyware a while back you can disable this service in administrative tools...
I would do a spyware scan and also run msconfig to disable any processes you dont wish to start up also remove any programs from the startup menu that look fishy...

The Messenger service is a subroutine of the svchost.exe process. So it's not that either.

Probably a trojan. Use TDS-3 (has a 30 day free trial) or TrojanHunter to rid yourself of such evil.
