I've never really worried about it the advertisement is really not all that important but for kickers I have given some funky network computer names to some of my buddies PC's I built for them this was good for a laugh.
Why not just add a sticker printed out to the side of the case with your phone number and information twords the back on the bottom. And clearly state to the customer this is in case you have any troubles this is my number. The best advertisement is word of mouth. If the people are satisfied and pleased with the job you did building there PC you will get your just due.
Everyone likes to brag about the custom jobs they get done from people and how well of a job they did.
You could also load a custom back ground to there PC though they may rid that as well later that has your WIZARD's Computers and a home made logo along with your phone and information.
Then place that in the desktop background folder. Make sure you spend much time making a way cool background cause then people will advertise it for you.

i finally found the program i was thinking of
xteq xsetup pro
http://www.x-setup.net/downloads/home.asp?lang=EN
it has wizards for everything, including what you want, changing oem names, adding an oem logo, html links etc for the system page
and lots of other neat stuff like disabling autoload, mp3 encoding in xp, etc.
