Is there a text editing program for PC's that can be used to edit the same document from several computers at the same time? Something that lets two people on different computers edit the same document with changes made by the other person appearing immediatly.

The best known example of such software is subethaedit (http://www.codingmonkeys.de/subethaedit/), a program for apple computers.

Interesting, never even thought of the concept but there was something on messenger like white board or something like that dunno if it still exsists where two people could work on the same thing...

Makes me wonder maybe your best bet would be to try to look for a messenger plugin that would give this type of ability for two folks to work on one paper.

That'd probably be your best be I dunno really if there is anything available currently like this search the open source projects and download.com or other download sites similar like ZD net and give it a look.
