could someone link me to some good anime servers? the only server ive connected to so far is razorback... so im kinda noob

Well, if you're talking eDonkey servers, they're all connected - as long as you have it set to (in eMule at least) Server Global search, you'll search them all (no matter what server you're connected to)

If you're looking for other sources for anime (including movies, series, and soundtracks), check out www.boxtorrents.com (it's a BitTorrent site). I've grabbed a few things from them - pretty good quality, actually.

I've notice a decrease in the interest of animae over the past couple of months but there are many IRC servers that are host to good animae content try that out.

irc is blocked for me, i had a server for ed2k that only did anime but then i forgot the link to it, i remembered you had to change your name to their tag before being allowed tho. i was wondering of anyone had heard of that one

interesting never visited it but if I come across it I'll let you know. But for now all I can say is I have no idea the best way to tackle the problem is to spark interest on another server by sharing those types of files then it over time will get other people to share them files as well.

Too bad you cant get IRC... It seemed to be the best way to get something that was of one particular type of something.

What about newsgroups you tried that yet?

i have no clue how newsgroups work =\ can someone explain or point me to a tutorial? i have some idea what usenet is, are newsgroups kinda like that?

Depending on your ISP, you might not have to. I personally get access to newsgroups for free - with no speed restrictions or anything

Mines if I want to use an uncenered newsgroup, I would have to pay extra because my ISP doesn't have all of the section that it should.
