problem with extreme-tracker

I use extreme tracker http://extreme-dm.com/ to track my website http://lakerr.no-ip.com now I used to be able to check my stats by clicking the little extreme tracker button on my website. But now the page never loads, it just says cant connect. At first I thought they were just down or something, but then I found I could acess it from other pc's on the network, or my friends could acess it from there pc's. What is the deal, I cant access through google either its like my pc is blocking it or something I tried stopping peer guardian but to no avail. Anyhelp would be GREATLY appreciated. ya thats what I mean, everyone else can get to the tracker page just fine. I have no problem accessing mywebsite. I cant even see the extreme tracker button on my site it just shows the broken picture image, and I still cant get to the site for the tracker. What am I doing wrong, I used to be able to access it.

hmmm no one seems to know what to do, maybe I guess I will bump and maybe some one will notice it. I really need to be able to see my stats
