'ares has encountered a prob'

ok atleast once a day ... while im using ares p2p a error message pops up

" Ares has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. "

" AppName: ares.exe AppVer: 1.8.1.2950 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000 " - ERROR SIGNATURE

I use windows XP and have the latest ver of ares ... i have tried to 'repair' it with the ares installer .... ne got ne suggestions? this is really annoying when u are getting great speeds and it crashes ....

fully uninstall it(remove any folders left over after uninstall) then download another version of it and install it.if you have any problems after that do the same thing describe above but this time manually remove all traces of it from your registry and reinstall.

i have the latest 1.8.1.2952 but it freezed all the time on Win2000 SP4.
