bin/cue but no .bins or .cue???

I downloaded a rar from emule and extracted it into a temp folder. there is:
tda.nfo
tda-qphb.001
...
tda-qphb.018
tda.qphb.sfv

The .nfo file (in notepad) says that the format is bin/cue, but as you can see there are neither any .bin files nor the .cue file. Does anyone know what to do with these files? Please help as I cannot find this same program in another format anywhere else including bittorrent (it is the same rar).

winrar doesn't associate itself with .001 files by default, so that option would not be available.

I have downloaded the same file but I dont know what the files are. how do I get this thing installed?

Step one: download and install winrar (rarlabs.com i think)
Step two: run winrar
Step three: find the files in question with winrar.
step four: open the file with the lowest number extension (eg filename.001 or filename.r01)
step five: extract files
step six: use said files

fspi 7zip is nice popular program that can unzip that stuff, just extract an r00 (or r01 or whatever) and it does the rest.

Ones you install winrar.. any files that are zipped will be associated with it unless choose otherwise during installation, so only rar files be associated rather then .zip., and double click the first number one rar file in the folder you downloaded..

can anyone help me, im trying to burn VOB files to a DVD-R but the VOB files are to big. Is there a way that i can convert them so they can become smaller and still be burnt on a DVD-R?

If the VOB files are to big, they are probably from a dual layer 8.5GB disc. So what I suggest is you use an excellent program called DVD Shrink! It's freeware and you can shrink your DVD-R's to a fit on a DVD.
DVD Shrink is software to backup DVD discs. You can use this software in conjunction with DVD burning software of your choice, to make a backup copy of any DVD video disc. Try it out here! http://www.dvdshrink.org/what.html Hope this helps!
